The Trails of Jacob's Summit subdivision was started in the late 1990s and consists of 94 homes. The subdivision includes maintained common areas and common grounds that cannot be built upon. Our subdivision has Covenants and a Board of Directors who maintain good control over covenant violations. The purpose of our covenants is to protect property values--one of most families biggest investments. A well kept and safe neighborhood makes it a pleasure to call TJS home and makes it more attractive to prospective buyers.

If you or a friend/relative are considering moving into the subdivision, we encourage you to obtain a copy of the covenants. Covenants are on file with the St Charles County Clerk's office.
